SpotterAtlas is a network of owner-run map communities for cataloguing real-world places and objects: phone boxes, plaques, pubs, public art, and similar local landmarks.

Members add spots with photos and details, verify what they find in the field, and keep each community’s map accurate through moderation.

SpotterAtlas (operated by an individual in the United Kingdom) operates the SpotterAtlas platform from the United Kingdom.

Community owners run their own atlases within SpotterAtlas and remain responsible for moderation and community rules on those maps.

Public communities and their spots are visible to visitors and search engines. Private and invite-only communities stay gated.

We publish guides and help pages so people can learn how mapping communities work. User-submitted content must follow our terms of use.
